Can I return or exchange an item?
Depending on the quality of the product upon return, you can bring it to the store within 7 days of purchase. Just bring your receipt and show our promodizers who will asses thesituation and advise you accordingly.

Do you sponsor events or partner with endorsers?
Yes! Send your proposal over to [email protected] and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible regarding your proposal.

How can I apply for a job with FILA?
Fill up the form on our page under Careers or send over your CV/resume to [email protected] to include it in our talent bank. Please indicate the position you wish to apply to and we will get back to you as soon as there is an opening.

Can we buy your products online?
Right now, you can buy our products online through Zalora.

Where are your stores located?
We are found in all leading department stores and SM Department Stores. We also have boutiques located all over the country. For a complete list of stores, please check out our store finder.

How often are new products brought into the stores?
We usually have new designs coming in every 2-4 weeks.
