For more than a hundred years being the strongest Italian brand in sportswear, FILA honored its roots as they gave their guests a taste of the brand’s history during the FILA Exhibit at La Treinnale di Milano. After witnessing the newest collection for FILA Spring Summer 2019, significant guests such as, Cris Albert, the CEO and owner of FILA Philippines, Tessa Prieto-Valdes, Fila brand ambassador and columnist at the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Mr. Anton San Diego, Editor-in-Chief of Philippine Tatler and Wanda Louwallien, an international stylist, were invited to the cocktail dinner right after the Fashion Show.

All in their stunning ball gowns and coats, invitees were served mouthwatering dishes in a five-course dinner and champagne as they celebrate this milestone. Guests then proceeded to the exhibit just a floor below the dining area.

The exhibit was a re-visit to the origins of FILA, with its most iconic pieces displayed, such as the White Line Collection which was legendarily known to be worn by Bjorn Borg and is still worn by outstanding tennis players and athletes all over the world. It served as a highlight of how the brand evolved over the years.

FILA’s evolution and passion for delivering memorable masterpieces for sportswear and lifestyle continues up to this day. This is the reason why everyone should look forward to the next “Iconic” Summer Spring 2019 collection which will then again feature the two creative directors, Antonino Ingrasciotta and Josef Graesel.
